چکیده
Abstract Introduction We sought out to evaluate the effects of oxycodone hydrochloride injection on laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC), substance P, 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), and patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA). Materials Methods A total 120 eligible patients were randomly divided into an observation group (n=60) control (n=60). Oxycodone (0.07 mg/kg) fentanyl (0.7 μg/kg) intravenously injected during LC. Substance P 5-HT detected by ELISA. Results Heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), blood oxygen saturation (SpO 2 ) recorded. Visual analogue scale (VAS), Ramsay scores, incidence rates adverse reactions The was less prone agitation, with affected HR, MAP SpO recovery. Before after extubation, upon leaving recovery room, increased more slowly in group. After had higher VAS scores a reactions. Using before end LC does not delay awakening or affect but reduces hemodynamic fluctuations, agitation release 5-HT. It has high safety stable circulation Conclusions used PCIA effectively mitigates postoperative pain, milder reactions, which is superior fentanyl.

متن کاملA comparison of oxycodone and fentanyl in intravenous patient-controlled analgesia after laparoscopic hysterectomy
BACKGROUND We planned to compare the effect of intravenous oxycodone and fentanyl on post-operative pain after laparoscopic hysterectomy. METHODS We examined 60 patients were randomized to postoperative pain treatment with either oxycodone (n = 30, Group O) or fentanyl (n = 30, Group F). The patients received 10 mg oxycodone/100 µg fentanyl with ketorolac 30 mg before the end of anesthesia an...

BACKGROUND Oxycodone, a semisynthetic thebaine derivative opioid, is widely used for the relief of moderate to severe pain. The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy and side effects of oxycodone and fentanyl in the management of postoperative pain by intravenous patient-controlled analgesia (IV-PCA) in patients who underwent laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy (LSH). METHODS The ...
